Good water ice and quick service. You have the option to pay with cash or Venmo. I really like the strawberry and pineapple flavor water ice. The butter pecan ice cream is delicious. If you are in the area it’s always nice to try. The portions are great for the price.

The water ices at this place are addictive and so refreshing on a hot day. my partner and i had to go back twice in a 2 hour window and got a whole pint each time - the serving sizes are generous and they pack the container to overflowing. the first time we got strawberry and pineapple which were very good - the strawberry had bits of real strawberry seeds which lended a nice texture - but we both thought the lemon (which we got the second time) was the standout. it was the perfect balance between tart and sweet and they clearly used a lot of real lemons because there plenty of bits of zest and even seeds in it. highly recommended!

You can't get better and more authentic water ice in Philadelphia. The flavors are incredible but to me the specials are really where they stand out. borderline seasonal, water ice seems to have real fruit in fused inside.

A while ago, I saw an episode of Abbot Elementary where Melissa mentioned how the best water ice is found in South Philly. With a name like "water ice," I just had to try it for myself. I decided to play it safe and try the chocolate version so that in case I didn't like the texture, at least it'd have a flavor I like. It was unlike any frozen dessert I've ever tasted before. I'm almost sorry for comparing it to a sno cone before trying it because it's definitely more like gelato, but frozen. The flavor is so rich and fresh and it doesn't melt as quickly as other frozen desserts, which is perfect for a hot summer day. Service here was prompt and very no frills which I loved. They're very generous with their servings too so expect a big serving for such a small price!
